In our Five churches, we have Eucharistic Adoration for a half hour before every weekend Mass.
In addition, we have two weekly Holy Hours:
Understood simply, Eucharistic Adoration is adoring or honouring the Eucharistic Presence of Christ. As Catholics we believe that during Mass the bread and wine to be used for Holy Communion become the Body and Blood of Christ Himself.
During Eucharistic Adoration, we "watch and wait", we remain in Jesus' Presence and open ourselves to His Graces which flow from Him ... By worshiping the Eucharistic Jesus, we become what God wants us to be! Like a magnet, The Lord draws us to Himself and gently transforms us.
